ABOUT
Our Firm
French & Associates is a Columbus, Georgia, based landscape architectural firm that has been providing professional services in site master planning, landscape, architecture, site design, and historical preservation for over fifty years.
Throughout the history of our firm, French & Associates has provided site master planning and construction documentation for a wide variety of projects, both public and private, covering the spectrum of hospitality, recreation, medical, single & multi-family residential as well as collegiate and professional sports facilities.
Our founder, Mr. Thomas L. French, Jr., RLA, created a firm that could provide full service planning within the fields of landscape architecture and site design. The company initially concentrated on the southeastern portion of the United States, primarily in Georgia and Alabama, but has since grown to provide professional design services throughout the continental United States.
The backbone of our firm is sensitivity to the land and its natural environs. Preservation of the natural character of the site, while creating a pleasing "sense of place" and meeting the design program is a task we take seriously and strive to meet in every project.
SERVICES
French & Associates values the team approach to design and proudly points to a consistent record of meeting the most demanding budgets and schedules. We take seriously our commitment to the project, the team and the owner, and we continually work throughout the entire design and construction process to ensure that the final product meets the dreams and desires of the owner.
